About Us

What Does Guardian Bakery Stand For?

First responders are the guardian angels of our communities; from law enforcement and corrections, to firefighters and military, every day men and women are working to make the world a safe place, often silently. It is people who choose to spend their lives dealing with the worst situations of society so that your family can experience the best life in a free country.

Our bakery contributes 10% of proceeds from each order to local and nationwide organizations dedicated to helping first responders and their families.

My Story

As a young girl I had always felt called to bring significance to the world ... to make a difference and leave the world a better place than when I came into it. This idea always attracted me to a career like law enforcement, the opportunity to be a part of a team and a mission larger than myself, where I can help the innocents of society.

I attended college at The George Washing University, in Washington DC, studying Business with a concentration in Hospitality and Event Management. â€‹During COVID-19 in 2020, while I was sent home from college, I watched Food Network endlessly, obsessed with show such as Spring Baking Championship. One day I decided to start recreating recipes and my love for baking was born.

In 2025, I decided to make a huge change, leaving behind 5 years of work and connections in Washington DC's Event Industry to move to the Tampa Bay Area to pursue a career in law enforcement. It was then that Guardian Bakery was born, as a combination of my passion for baking and honoring the sacrifice of all first responders. I am currently in the police academy and hope to contribute to my community and make a positive impact just as my predecessors have.

Survive First

Where we choose to donate 10% of your order

Each and every day, countless first responders answer the call for help, oftentimes enduring wounds that time cannot seem to heal.  Throughout one's career as a first responder, repeated exposure to trauma is likely.  Left unchecked, the results can be damaging, and even deadly.  Year after year, more first responders die by their own hand than in the line of duty.  Survive First is determined to change that statistic.

Survive First provide:

  • Educational opportunities for first responders and their families.

  • Resources for treatment planning for active and retired first responders.

  • Financial assistance for treatment through our Treatment Assistance Fund.

  • Opportunities for first responders and their family members to become actively engaged in their overall health and wellness through wellness support groups.
